Michigan football secured its third five-star pledge for the 2025 recruiting class. Wednesday was National Signing Day, and the Wolverines brought former Alabama offensive lineman Ty Haywood on board. The Denton (TX) Ryan athlete selected the Wolverines in the early morning to confirm what many expected.
Haywood ranks as the 39th-best player according to the Composite and is listed as the No. 6 offensive tackle in the 2025 class. With Haywood joining, Michigan now boasts quarterback Bryce Underwood and offensive tackle Andrew Babalola as the trio of five-stars. In his initial genuine recruiting class, head coach Sherrone Moore excelled at constructing the class.
After Haywood’s dedication, social media responded, and here are a few of the top reactions.
