LEXINGTON, Ky. — With the spring signing period underway, Kentucky basketball is still in the mix for high-level talent.
A four-star forward is scheduled to make a late recruiting visit to Lexington, signaling that head coach Mark Pope and his staff are actively looking to bolster next season’s roster.
The visit comes just weeks after the Wildcats’ season ended in the NCAA Tournament, where Kentucky fell to Tennessee, 78-65, in a Sweet 16 matchup on March 28 in Indianapolis. Following the game, Pope, along with veteran players Lamont Butler and Andrew Carr, addressed the media and reflected on the season.
