The Duke Blue Devils are set to take on a fresh new look after an impressive season led by Cooper Flagg, Tyrese Proctor, Kon Knueppel, and others.
Both Knueppel and Proctor have declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, while Flagg has yet to make his official announcement. Widely regarded as the consensus No. 1 overall pick, Flagg’s decision is one of the most anticipated of the offseason.
Despite the expected departures, head coach Jon Scheyer will retain some key talent. Five-star guard Caleb Foster has confirmed his return to Duke for a third season, sharing the news via social media.
“This is God’s plan, young man, you said it yourself,” Foster wrote.
Flagg responded to the announcement by showing support for his teammate, commenting, “My brother,” followed by a blue heart emoji.
Caleb Foster originally committed to Duke as a highly regarded five-star recruit, ranked as the No. 4 combo guard and the No. 19 overall player in the nation, according to 247Sports.
Over his two seasons with the Blue Devils, Foster has posted averages of 6.1 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game.
