Nick Abrams announced his final four college choices on Tuesday.
A standout at McDonogh High School in Maryland, Abrams holds a four-star rating from several major recruiting outlets. His latest list includes Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, and Oregon, with Penn State no longer among his top contenders.
Alabama has been consistently showing strong interest in the talented junior since extending an offer.
“They’ve made it clear I’m a priority,” Abrams said following a visit from the Crimson Tide’s coaching staff. “It means a lot knowing a program like Alabama, especially with their track record of developing NFL linebackers, is that high on me.”
He’s scheduled to make an official visit to Tuscaloosa this summer.
At 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds, Abrams brings length and athleticism to the linebacker position, with the range to cover space and make sound tackles in the open field. His versatile skill set fits the modern mold college coaches are seeking in today’s game.
