Are These 2 Alabama Safeties the Future Superstars of the 2026 NFL Draft?

Alabama’s defense is poised to showcase two of the top 10 safety prospects for the 2026 NFL Draft — Bray Hubbard and Keon Sabb, per Pro Football Focus.

Both players return to the Crimson Tide secondary after gaining key in-game experience together during seven contests in the 2024 season.

Sabb made a strong impression early last year, tallying two interceptions, 24 solo tackles, and four pass breakups before a broken foot cut his sophomore campaign short. His absence paved the way for Hubbard to step up in a big way, starting the final six games and recording 38 total tackles, two interceptions, and a forced fumble.

Now, with Sabb on track to return at full strength in 2025 and Hubbard riding the momentum of a breakout season, it’s no surprise that PFF considers them two of the most promising safeties in all of college football.
