Following a scrappy four-year stint as the unmistakable leader of Duke’s backcourt in the mid-to-late 1990s, Wojciechowski returned to Durham, where he served under Mike Krzyzewski for 14 seasons. During that time, he played a key role as an assistant coach on Duke’s 2001 and 2010 national championship teams before beginning his head coaching journey at Marquette.

Wojciechowski spent seven seasons at the helm of the Marquette Golden Eagles before transitioning to the professional ranks as head coach of the Salt Lake City Stars, the G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz.

Over the past two seasons with the Stars, the 48-year-old compiled an impressive 41-17 record, guiding the team to consecutive playoff appearances and securing the franchise’s first-ever postseason win.

Wojciechowski will now have the chance to coach 2022–24 Duke basketball standout Kyle Filipowski, who is gearing up for his second season with the Jazz following an impressive rookie campaign.
