It seems like only a matter of time before the Tar Heels come calling.
He plays for Team Takeover — a powerhouse grassroots program recognized nationally, no matter the shoe-company circuit. Starring at Bishop McNamara (Forestville, Md.) in the ultra-competitive Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) — widely regarded as the toughest high school basketball league in the country — Samuels continues to add to his growing résumé.
