Below, each matchup on their schedule is listed along with the opponent’s rank and the teams immediately above and below them.
First matchup: East Carolina
The Pirates are ranked 98th, just above Air Force and one spot below Buffalo.
Second matchup: Virginia Cavaliers
The Cavaliers come in at No. 60, just above James Madison and one spot below Texas State.

As noted earlier, the Tar Heels are ranked No. 54, one spot ahead of the Wolfpack, with Houston right above them.
