3-star 2026 tight end Parker Elmore commits to Indiana football

On June 15th, Indiana football secured a commitment from Parker Elmore, a 3-star tight end in the 2026 class from Columbus North High School in Columbus, Indiana.

Another in-state talent, Parker Elmore ranks as the No. 41 tight end nationally and the No. 5 overall prospect in Indiana for the 2026 class, according to 247Sports. He chose the Hoosiers over offers from Kent State and Indiana State, while also drawing interest from Big Ten rivals Michigan State and Wisconsin.

Elmore becomes the fourth in-state player to join Indiana’s 2026 recruiting class, alongside cornerback Kasmir Hicks, linebacker Trevor Gibbs, defensive lineman Blake Smythe, and offensive lineman C.J. Scifres.

A well-rounded athlete, Elmore’s physical abilities extend beyond the football field — his explosiveness is just as evident when he’s attacking the rim on the basketball court.

It doesn’t get much more Indiana than that.

Elmore has missed some time during his high school career due to injuries and transfer regulations, but he’s definitely a prospect to keep an eye on this upcoming season.
