Kenton Mondeau, a 6-foot-7, 315-pound offensive tackle from Eau Claire North High School in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, has committed to the Indiana Hoosiers this week.
Mondeau, who held eight scholarship offers from schools including Central Michigan, Wake Forest, Iowa State, Sacramento State, and Air Force, is ranked by 247Sports Composite as the No. 85 offensive tackle in the 2026 class, the No. 1,226 player nationally, and the No. 5 recruit in Wisconsin.

Mondeau, who visited Indiana in March and received an offer from the Hoosiers in May, is set to return to Bloomington for an official visit later this month.
Speaking to 247Sports in March, Mondeau expressed enthusiasm about his offer from Indiana: “What excites me about this offer is the relationship Coach Bostad and I have. It’s really great he’s been here since the start. The whole campus is great, and they are a really good football team.”
Indiana coach Curt Cignetti highlighted the momentum of the program, stating at a recent booster event, “That class last year was put together on promises, hopes, and vision. This class is being put together on something tangible, what we put out there on the field, the publicity and exposure we received.”
Mondeau, ranked by 247Sports Composite as the No. 85 offensive tackle in the 2026 class, the No. 1,226 player nationally, and the No. 5 recruit in Wisconsin, had eight scholarship offers, including from Central Michigan, Wake Forest, Iowa State, Sacramento State, and Air Force.
