Grujicic, who previously played for FC Barcelona’s second team and U19 squad, brings versatility, scoring ability, and strong perimeter shooting to the Buckeyes’ roster.
Diebler’s recruitment of Grujicic signals a fresh approach, tapping into the growing pool of international players interested in college basketball, especially with the rise of NIL opportunities. This creative strategy, a departure from the approaches of predecessors Chris Holtmann and Thad Matta, could pave the way for Ohio State to attract more global talent in the coming years.
