Letroy Guion, a former fifth-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, appeared in 68 games (31 starts) over six seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. Despite early injury setbacks that limited him to just nine games in his first two years, he eventually emerged as a starting defensive tackle by 2012.
Guion later joined the rival Green Bay Packers, playing 44 games (35 starts) across three seasons. However, his tenure in Green Bay was overshadowed by suspensions and off-field legal issues, which ultimately brought his NFL career to an end.
Now, Guion’s legal troubles have resurfaced.

Easton Butler of Packer Report states that Letroy Guion was arrested in Brown County, Wisconsin—home to Green Bay—and now faces charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and probation violation.
As previously noted, this is just the latest incident in a lengthy string of legal issues for the former Vikings draft pick. In 2015, Guion was arrested in Florida for marijuana possession and felony possession of a firearm.
In February 2024, he was taken into custody for violating parole. That parole stemmed from a 2023 conviction tied to a 2021 domestic violence case involving his ex-wife.
Guion’s time with the Green Bay Packers was also marred by numerous legal troubles, including the aforementioned drug and weapons charges, as well as a DUI.
Additionally, he was suspended by the NFL for violating its policy on performance-enhancing substances. His DUI arrest, which occurred shortly after the league handed down a four-game suspension for the 2017 season, led the Packers to release him. Guion never played another game in the NFL after that.
