BAD NEWS: Penn State Star Player Absent from Sunday’s pre-Orange Bowl Practice.

STATE COLLEGE — Prominent Penn State defensive end Abdul Carter was absent from the part of practice that was accessible to the media on Wednesday in Holuba Hall.
