Stokes took his official visit to Kansas on Saturday and later shared photos from the trip on social media with the caption, “Rock chalk??”
What makes this visit even more intriguing is the buzz surrounding a potential reclassification. Rumors are swirling that Stokes might move up to the Class of 2025, which would allow him to begin his college career a year early.
Fueling that speculation is the fact that Stokes isn’t playing AAU basketball this summer — a rare move for a top-tier recruit heading into their senior year. While there could be multiple reasons behind the decision, skipping the major AAU circuits often signals a possible reclassification.
Originally from Louisville, Stokes now plays high school basketball in California. He’s known for his powerful frame and elite athleticism.
