Two Wildcats received invitations to the NBA Draft Combine

The Kentucky Wildcats will be represented by at least two players at this year’s NBA Draft Combine.

On Friday, the NBA released its list of 75 invitees for the event, with Kentucky guards Otega Oweh and Koby Brea earning spots. The combine is scheduled to take place in Chicago from May 11 to 18.

Several former Wildcats were not included on the list, including Amari Williams, Andrew Carr, and Lamont Butler. Transfer point guard Jaland Lowe—who has committed to Kentucky while exploring his NBA Draft options—was also left out.

However, players not initially invited to the combine still have a chance to participate by receiving an invitation to the NBA G-League Elite Camp. Top performers from that event may earn a late call-up to the combine.
