Civale made his first rehab appearance for Triple-A Nashville on Thursday after being sidelined with a strained left hamstring. According to Jared Greenspan of MLB.com, the veteran right-hander delivered four scoreless innings, giving up just one hit and one walk while striking out three. It was his first game action since March 30, and he finished his outing by striking out the side in the fourth inning, throwing 50 pitches before exiting.
